[1] וְאֵלֶּה בְּנֵי הַמְּדִינָה הָעֹלִים מִשְּׁבִי הַגּוֹלָה אֲשֶׁר הֶגְלָה נְבוּכַדְנֶצּוֹר מֶלֶךְ־בָּבֶל לְבָבֶל וַיָּשׁוּבוּ לִירוּשָׁלִַם וִיהוּדָה אִישׁ לְעִירוֹ ׃

[1] Trong con cháu các dân tỉnh Giu-đa bị Nê-bu-cát-nết-sa, vua Ba-by-lôn, bắt dẫn qua Ba-by-lôn, nầy những người bị đày đó trở lên Giê-ru-sa-lem và xứ Giu-đa, mỗi người về trong thành mình,
[1] These are the people of the province who were going up, from the captives of the exile whom King Nebuchadnezzar of Babylon had forced into exile in Babylon. They returned to Jerusalem and Judah, each to his own city.

[2] אֲשֶׁר־בָּאוּ עִם־זְרֻבָּבֶל יֵשׁוּעַ נְחֶמְיָה שְׂרָיָה רְעֵלָיָה מָרְדֳּכַי בִּלְשָׁן מִסְפָּר בִּגְוַי רְחוּם בַּעֲנָה מִסְפַּר אַנְשֵׁי עַם יִשְׂרָאֵל ׃ ס

[2] có Xô-rô-ba-bên, Giê-sua, Nê-hê-mi, Sê-ra-gia, Rê-ê-la-gia, Mạc-đô-chê, Binh-san, Mít-bạt, Biết-vai, Rê-hum và Ba-a-na dẫn dắt. Vậy, nầy là sổ dựng những người nam của Y-sơ-ra-ên.
[2] They came with Zerubbabel, Jeshua, Nehemiah, Seraiah, Reelaiah, Mordecai, Bilshan, Mispar, Bigvai, Rehum, and Baanah. The number of Israelites was as follows:

[3] בְּנֵי פַרְעֹשׁ אַלְפַּיִם מֵאָה שִׁבְעִים וּשְׁנָיִם ׃ ס

[3] Họ Pha-rốt, hai ngàn một trăm bảy mươi hai;
[3] the descendants of Parosh: 2,172;

[4] בְּנֵי שְׁפַטְיָה שְׁלֹשׁ מֵאוֹת שִׁבְעִים וּשְׁנָיִם ׃ ס

[4] họ Sê-pha-ti-a, ba trăm bảy mươi hai;
[4] the descendants of Shephatiah: 372;

[5] בְּנֵי אָרַח שְׁבַע מֵאוֹת חֲמִשָּׁה וְשִׁבְעִים ׃ ס

[5] họ A-rách, bảy trăm bảy mươi lăm;
[5] the descendants of Arah: 775;

[6] בְּנֵי־פַחַת מוֹאָב לִבְנֵי יֵשׁוּעַ יוֹאָב אַלְפַּיִם שְׁמֹנֶה מֵאוֹת וּשְׁנֵים עָשָׂר ׃ ס

[6] họ Pha-hát-Mô-áp, con cháu của Giê-sua và Giô-áp, hai ngàn tám trăm mười hai;
[6] the descendants of Pahath-Moab (from the line of Jeshua and Joab): 2,812;

[7] בְּנֵי עֵילָם אֶלֶף מָאתַיִם חֲמִשִּׁים וְאַרְבָּעָה ׃ ס

[7] họ Ê-lam, một ngàn hai trăm năm mươi bốn;
[7] the descendants of Elam: 1,254;

[8] בְּנֵי זַתּוּא תְּשַׁע מֵאוֹת וְאַרְבָּעִים וַחֲמִשָּׁה ׃ ס

#

[8] họ Xát-tu, chín trăm bốn mươi lăm;
[8] the descendants of Zattu: 945;

[9] בְּנֵי זַכָּי שְׁבַע מֵאוֹת וְשִׁשִּׁים ׃ ס

#

[9] họ Xác-cai, bảy trăm sáu mươi;
[9] the descendants of Zaccai: 760;

[10] בְּנֵי בָנִי שֵׁשׁ מֵאוֹת אַרְבָּעִים וּשְׁנָיִם ׃ ס

[10] họ Ba-ni, sáu trăm bốn mươi hai;
[10] the descendants of Bani: 642;

[11] בְּנֵי בֵבָי שֵׁשׁ מֵאוֹת עֶשְׂרִים וּשְׁלֹשָׁה ׃ ס

[11] họ Bê-bai, sáu trăm hai mươi ba;
[11] the descendants of Bebai: 623;

[12] בְּנֵי עַזְגָּד אֶלֶף מָאתַיִם עֶשְׂרִים וּשְׁנָיִם ׃ ס

[12] họ A-gát, một ngàn hai trăm hai mươi hai;
[12] the descendants of Azgad: 1,222;

[13] בְּנֵי אֲדֹנִיקָם שֵׁשׁ מֵאוֹת שִׁשִּׁים וְשִׁשָּׁה ׃ ס

[13] họ A-đô-ni-cam, sáu trăm sáu mươi sáu;
[13] the descendants of Adonikam: 666;

[14] בְּנֵי בִגְוָי אַלְפַּיִם חֲמִשִּׁים וְשִׁשָּׁה ׃ ס

[14] họ Biết-vai, hai ngàn năm mươi sáu;
[14] the descendants of Bigvai: 2,056;

[15] בְּנֵי עָדִין אַרְבַּע מֵאוֹת חֲמִשִּׁים וְאַרְבָּעָה ׃ ס

[15] họ A-đin, bốn trăm năm mươi bốn;
[15] the descendants of Adin: 454;

[16] בְּנֵי־אָטֵר לִיחִזְקִיָּה תִּשְׁעִים וּשְׁמֹנָה ׃ ס

[16] họ A-te, về gia quyến Ê-xê-chia, chín mươi tám;
[16] the descendants of Ater (through Hezekiah): 98;

[17] בְּנֵי בֵצָי שְׁלֹשׁ מֵאוֹת עֶשְׂרִים וּשְׁלֹשָׁה ׃ ס

[41] The singers: the descendants of Asaph: 128.

[42] בְּנֵי הַשֹּׁעֲרִים בְּנֵי־שַׁלּוּם בְּנֵי־אָטֵר בְּנֵי־טַלְמוֹן בְּנֵי־עַקּוּב בְּנֵי חֲטִיטָא בְּנֵי שֹׁבָי הַכֹּל מֵאָה שְׁלֹשִׁים וְתִשְׁעָה ׃ פ

[42] Các con cháu kẻ giữ cửa: con cháu Sa-lum, con cháu A-te, con cháu Tanh-môn, con cháu A-cúp, con cháu Ha-ti-ta, con cháu Sô-bai, cộng hết thảy là một trăm ba mươi chín người.
[42] The gatekeepers: the descendants of Shallum, the descendants of Ater, the descendants of Talmon, the descendants of Akkub, the descendants of Hatita, and the descendants of Shobai: 139.

[43] הַנְּתִינִים בְּנֵי־צִיחָא בְנֵי־חֲשׂוּפָא בְּנֵי טַבָּעוֹת ׃

[55] The descendants of the servants of Solomon: the descendants of Sotai, the descendants of Hassophereth, the descendants of Peruda,

[56] בְּנֵי־יַעְלָה בְנֵי־דַרְקוֹן בְּנֵי גִדֵּל ׃

[56] con cháu Gia-a-la, con cháu Ðạt-côn, con cháu Ghi-đên,
[56] the descendants of Jaala, the descendants of Darkon, the descendants of Giddel,

[57] בְּנֵי שְׁפַטְיָה בְנֵי־חַטִּיל בְּנֵי פֹּכֶרֶת הַצְּבָיִים בְּנֵי אָמִי ׃

[57] con cháu Sê-pha-ti-a, con cháu Hát-tinh, con cháu Bô-kê-rết-Ha-xê-ba-im, con cháu A-mi.
[57] the descendants of Shephatiah, the descendants of Hattil, the descendants of Pokereth-Hazzebaim, and the descendants of Ami.

[58] כָּל־הַנְּתִינִים וּבְנֵי עַבְדֵי שְׁלֹמֹה שְׁלֹשׁ מֵאוֹת תִּשְׁעִים וּשְׁנָיִם ׃ ס

[58] Tổng cộng những người phục dịch trong đền thờ và các con cháu của những tôi tớ Sa-lô-môn, đều là ba trăm chín mươi hai người.
[58] All the temple servants and the descendants of the servants of Solomon: 392.

[59] וְאֵלֶּה הָעֹלִים מִתֵּל מֶלַח תֵּל חַרְשָׁא כְּרוּב אַדָּן אִמֵּר וְלֹא יָכְלוּ לְהַגִּיד בֵּית־אֲבוֹתָם וְזַרְעָם אִם מִיִּשְׂרָאֵל הֵם ׃

[59] Nầy là những người ở Tên-Mê-la. Tên-Hạt-sa, Kê-rúp-a-đan, và Y-mê trở lên, không thể nói rõ gia tộc và phổ hệ mình, đặng chỉ rằng mình thuộc về dòng dõi Y-sơ-ra-ên hay chăng:
[59] These are the ones that came up from Tel Melah, Tel Harsha, Kerub, Addon, and Immer (although they were unable to certify their family connection or their ancestry, as to whether they really were from Israel):

[60] בְּנֵי־דְלָיָה בְנֵי־טוֹבִיָּה בְּנֵי נְקוֹדָא שֵׁשׁ מֵאוֹת חֲמִשִּׁים וּשְׁנָיִם ׃ ס

#

[60] con cháu Ðê-la-gia, con cháu Tô-bi-gia, con cháu Nê-cô-đa, đều sáu trăm năm mươi hai người.
[60] the descendants of Delaiah, the descendants of Tobiah, and the descendants of Nekoda: 652.

[61] וּמִבְּנֵי הַכֹּהֲנִים בְּנֵי חֳבַיָּה בְּנֵי הַקּוֹץ בְּנֵי בַרְזִלַּי אֲשֶׁר לָקַח מִבְּנוֹת בַּרְזִלַּי הַגִּלְעָדִי אִשָּׁה וַיִּקָּרֵא עַל־שְׁמָם ׃

[61] Trong dòng dõi thầy tế lễ: con cháu Ha-ba-gia, con cháu Ha-cốt, con cháu Bạt-xi-lai. Người ấy có cưới một con gái của Bạt-xi-lai ở Ga-la-át, nên được gọi bằng tên ấy.
[61] And from among the priests: the descendants of Hobaiah, the descendants of Hakkoz, and the descendants of Barzillai (who had taken a wife from the daughters of Barzillai the Gileadite and was called by that name).

[62] אֵלֶּה בִּקְשׁוּ כְתָבָם הַמִּתְיַחְשִׂים וְלֹא נִמְצָאוּ וַיְגֹאֲלוּ מִן־הַכְּהֻנָּה ׃

#

[62] Các người ấy tìm gia phổ mình, nhưng chẳng tìm đặng; nên người ta kể họ là ô uế, và họ bị truất khỏi chức tế lễ.
[62] They searched for their records in the genealogical materials, but did not find them. They were therefore excluded from the priesthood.

[63] וַיֹּאמֶר הַתִּרְשָׁתָא לָהֶם אֲשֶׁר לֹא־יֹאכְלוּ מִקֹּדֶשׁ הַקֳּדָשִׁים עַד עֲמֹד כֹּהֵן לְאוּרִים וּלְתֻמִּים ׃

#

[63] Quan tổng đốc cấm chúng ăn những vật chí thánh cho đến chừng nào có thầy tế lễ cậy U-rim và Thu-mim mà cầu hỏi Ðức Chúa Trời.
[63] The governor instructed them not to eat any of the sacred food until there was a priest who could consult the Urim and Thummim.

[64] כָּל־הַקָּהָל כְּאֶחָד אַרְבַּע רִבּוֹא אַלְפַּיִם שְׁלֹשׁ־מֵאוֹת שִׁשִּׁים ׃

#

[64] Cả hội chúng đếm được bốn vạn hai ngàn ba trăm sáu mươi người,
[64] The entire group numbered 42,360,

[65] מִלְּבַד עַבְדֵיהֶם וְאַמְהֹתֵיהֶם אֵלֶּה שִׁבְעַת אֲלָפִים שְׁלֹשׁ מֵאוֹת שְׁלֹשִׁים וְשִׁבְעָה וְלָהֶם מְשֹׁרְרִים וּמְשֹׁרְרוֹת מָאתָיִם ׃

#

[65] chẳng kể những tôi trai tớ gái; số chúng nó là bảy ngàn ba trăm ba mươi bảy. Cũng có hai trăm người nam nữ ca hát theo cùng họ nữa.
[65] not counting their male and female servants, who numbered 7,337. They also had 200 male and female singers

[66] סוּסֵיהֶם שְׁבַע מֵאוֹת שְׁלֹשִׁים וְשִׁשָּׁה פִּרְדֵיהֶם מָאתַיִם אַרְבָּעִים וַחֲמִשָּׁה ׃

#

[66] Chúng có bảy trăm ba mươi sáu con ngựa, hai trăm bốn mươi lăm con la,
[66] and 736 horses, 245 mules,

[67] גְּמַלֵּיהֶם אַרְבַּע מֵאוֹת שְׁלֹשִׁים וַחֲמִשָּׁה חֲמֹרִים שֵׁשֶׁת אֲלָפִים שְׁבַע מֵאוֹת וְעֶשְׂרִים ׃ פ

#

[67] bốn trăm ba mươi lăm con lạc đà, và sáu ngàn bảy trăm hai mươi con lừa.
[67] 435 camels, and 6,720 donkeys.

[68] וּמֵרָאשֵׁי הָאָבוֹת בְּבוֹאָם לְבֵית יְהוָה אֲשֶׁר בִּירוּשָׁלָםִ הִתְנַדְּבוּ לְבֵית הָאֱלֹהִים לְהַעֲמִידוֹ עַל־מְכוֹנוֹ ׃

[68] Có nhiều trưởng tộc, khi đã đến đền thờ của Ðức Giê-hô-va tại Giê-ru-sa-lem, thì dâng những của lễ lạc ý cho nhà Ðức Chúa Trời, để xây cất nó lại chỗ cũ.
[68] When they came to the LORD’s temple in Jerusalem, some of the family leaders offered voluntary offerings for the temple of God in order to rebuild it on its site.

[69] כְּכֹחָם נָתְנוּ לְאוֹצַר הַמְּלָאכָה זָהָב דַּרְכְּמוֹנִים שֵׁשׁ־רִבֹּאות וָאֶלֶף ס וְכֶסֶף מָנִים חֲמֵשֶׁת אֲלָפִים וְכָתְנֹת כֹּהֲנִים מֵאָה ׃ ס

[69] Tùy theo sức mình, chúng dâng vào kho của cuộc xây cất đến sáu mươi mốt ngàn đa-riếc vàng, năm ngàn min bạc, và một trăm bộ áo thấy tế lễ.
[69] As they were able, they gave to the treasury for this work 61,000 drachmas of gold, 5,000 minas of silver, and 100 priestly robes.

[70] וַיֵּשְׁבוּ הַכֹּהֲנִים וְהַלְוִיִּם וּמִן־הָעָם וְהַמְשֹׁרְרִים וְהַשּׁוֹעֲרִים וְהַנְּתִינִים בְּעָרֵיהֶם וְכָל־יִשְׂרָאֵל בְּעָרֵיהֶם ׃ ס

[70] Vậy, những thầy tế lễ, người Lê-vi, mấy người dân, người ca hát, kẻ giữ cửa, những người phục dịch trong đền thờ, và cả dân Y-sơ-ra-ên, thảy đều ở trong bổn thành mình.
[70] The priests, the Levites, some of the people, the singers, the gatekeepers, and the temple servants lived in their towns, and all the rest of Israel lived in their towns.
