[1] הַדָּבָר אֲשֶׁר חָזָה יְשַׁעְיָהוּ בֶּן־אָמוֹץ עַל־יְהוּדָה וִירוּשָׁלִָם ׃#
[1] Lời mà Ê-sai, con trai A-mốt, đã thấy về Giu-đa và Giê-ru-sa-lem.
[1] Here is the message about Judah and Jerusalem that was revealed to Isaiah son of Amoz.
[2] וְהָיָה בְּאַחֲרִית הַיָּמִים נָכוֹן יִהְיֶה הַר בֵּית־יְהוָה בְּרֹאשׁ הֶהָרִים וְנִשָּׂא מִגְּבָעוֹת וְנָהֲרוּ אֵלָיו כָּל־הַגּוֹיִם ׃#
[2] Sẽ xảy ra trong những ngày sau rốt, núi của nhà Ðức Giê-hô-va sẽ được lập vững trên đỉnh các núi, cao hơn các đồi. Mọi nước sẽ đổ về đó,
[2] In the future the mountain of the LORD’s temple will endure as the most important of mountains, and will be the most prominent of hills. All the nations will stream to it,
[3] וְהָלְכוּ עַמִּים רַבִּים וְאָמְרוּ לְכוּ וְנַעֲלֶה אֶל־הַר־יְהוָה אֶל־בֵּית אֱלֹהֵי יַעֲקֹב וְיֹרֵנוּ מִדְּרָכָיו וְנֵלְכָה בְּאֹרְחֹתָיו כִּי מִצִּיּוֹן תֵּצֵא תוֹרָה וּדְבַר־יְהוָה מִירוּשָׁלִָם ׃#
[3] và nhiều dân tộc sẽ đến mà nói rằng: Hãy đến; chúng ta hãy lên núi Ðức Giê-hô-va, nơi nhà Ðức Chúa Trời của Gia-cốp: Ngài sẽ dạy chúng ta về đường lối Ngài, chúng ta sẽ đi trong các nẻo Ngài. Vì luật pháp sẽ ra từ Si-ôn, lời Ðức Giê-hô-va sẽ ra từ Giê-ru-sa-lem.
[3] many peoples will come and say, “Come, let us go up to the LORD’s mountain, to the temple of the God of Jacob, so he can teach us his requirements, and we can follow his standards.” For Zion will be the center for moral instruction; the LORD will issue edicts from Jerusalem.
[4] וְשָׁפַט בֵּין הַגּוֹיִם וְהוֹכִיחַ לְעַמִּים רַבִּים וְכִתְּתוּ חַרְבוֹתָם לְאִתִּים וַחֲנִיתוֹתֵיהֶם לְמַזְמֵרוֹת לֹא־יִשָּׂא גוֹי אֶל־גּוֹי חֶרֶב וְלֹא־יִלְמְדוּ עוֹד מִלְחָמָה ׃ פ#
[4] Ngài sẽ làm sự phán xét trong các nước, đoán định về nhiều dân. Bấy giờ họ sẽ lấy gươm rèn lưỡi cày, lấy giáo rèn lưỡi liềm. Nước nầy chẳng còn giá gươm lên nghịch cùng nước khác, người ta chẳng còn tập sự chiến tranh.
[4] He will judge disputes between nations; he will settle cases for many peoples. They will beat their swords into plowshares, and their spears into pruning hooks. Nations will not take up the sword against other nations, and they will no longer train for war.
[5] בֵּית יַעֲקֹב לְכוּ וְנֵלְכָה בְּאוֹר יְהוָה ׃#
[5] Hỡi nhà Gia-cốp, hãy đến, chúng ta hãy bước đi trong sự sáng của Ðức Giê-hô-va.
[5] O descendants of Jacob, come, let us walk in the LORD’s guiding light.
[6] כִּי נָטַשְׁתָּה עַמְּךָ בֵּית יַעֲקֹב כִּי מָלְאוּ מִקֶּדֶם וְעֹנְנִים כַּפְּלִשְׁתִּים וּבְיַלְדֵי נָכְרִים יַשְׂפִּיקוּ ׃#
[6] Thật Chúa đã bỏ dân Ngài, là nhà Gia-cốp, vì họ đầy dẫy tục phương đông, và bói khoa như người Phi-li-tin, lại giao ước với con cái dân ngoại.
[6] Indeed, O LORD, you have abandoned your people, the descendants of Jacob. For diviners from the east are everywhere; they consult omen readers like the Philistines do. Plenty of foreigners are around.
[7] וַתִּמָּלֵא אַרְצוֹ כֶּסֶף וְזָהָב וְאֵין קֵצֶה לְאֹצְרֹתָיו וַתִּמָּלֵא אַרְצוֹ סוּסִים וְאֵין קֵצֶה לְמַרְכְּבֹתָיו ׃#
[7] Xứ nó đầy bạc và vàng, của cải vô cùng; xứ nó đầy những ngữa, xe cộ vô số.
[7] Their land is full of gold and silver; there is no end to their wealth. Their land is full of horses; there is no end to their chariots.
[8] וַתִּמָּלֵא אַרְצוֹ אֱלִילִים לְמַעֲשֵׂה יָדָיו יִשְׁתַּחֲווּ לַאֲשֶׁר עָשׂוּ אֶצְבְּעֹתָיו ׃#
[8] Xứ nó chan chứa những hình tượng, họ thờ lạy đồ tay mình làm ra, đồ ngón tay mình tạo nên.
[8] Their land is full of worthless idols; they worship the product of their own hands, what their own fingers have fashioned.
[9] וַיִּשַּׁח אָדָם וַיִּשְׁפַּל־אִישׁ וְאַל־תִּשָּׂא לָהֶם ׃#
[9] Kẻ hèn sẽ bị khuất, người sang sẽ bị hạ mình; vậy Chúa đừng tha họ!
[9] Men bow down to them in homage, they lie flat on the ground in worship. Don’t spare them!
[10] בּוֹא בַצּוּר וְהִטָּמֵן בֶּעָפָר מִפְּנֵי פַּחַד יְהוָה וּמֵהֲדַר גְּאֹנוֹ ׃#
[10] Ngươi khá vào nơi vầng đá, ẩn mình trong bụi đất, đặng tránh khỏi sự kinh khiếp Ðức Giê-hô-va và sự chói sáng của uy nghiêm Ngài.
[10] Go up into the rocky cliffs, hide in the ground. Get away from the dreadful judgment of the LORD, from his royal splendor!
[11] עֵינֵי גַּבְהוּת אָדָם שָׁפֵל וְשַׁח רוּם אֲנָשִׁים וְנִשְׂגַּב יְהוָה לְבַדּוֹ בַּיּוֹם הַהוּא ׃ ס#
[11] Con mắt ngó cao của loài người sẽ bị thấp xuống, sự kiêu ngạo của người ta sẽ bị hạ đi; trong ngày đó chỉ Ðức Giê-hô-va là tôn trọng.
[11] Proud men will be brought low, arrogant men will be humiliated; the LORD alone will be exalted in that day.
[12] כִּי יוֹם לַיהוָה צְבָאוֹת עַל כָּל־גֵּאֶה וָרָם וְעַל כָּל־נִשָּׂא וְשָׁפֵל ׃#
[12] Vì sẽ có một ngày của Ðức Giê-hô-va vạn quân đến trên mọi vật kiêu căng, ngạo mạn, tự cao; nó sẽ bị hạ xuống;
[12] Indeed, the LORD who commands armies has planned a day of judgment, for all the high and mighty, for all who are proud — they will be humiliated;
[13] וְעַל כָּל־אַרְזֵי הַלְּבָנוֹן הָרָמִים וְהַנִּשָּׂאִים וְעַל כָּל־אַלּוֹנֵי הַבָּשָׁן ׃#
[13] lại đến trên mọi cây dẽ của Ba-san;
[13] for all the cedars of Lebanon, that are so high and mighty, for all the oaks of Bashan;
[14] וְעַל כָּל־הֶהָרִים הָרָמִים וְעַל כָּל־הַגְּבָעוֹת הַנִּשָּׂאוֹת ׃#
[14] cùng trên mọi núi cao, mọi đồi cả,
[14] for all the tall mountains, for all the high hills,
[15] וְעַל כָּל־מִגְדָּל גָּבֹהַ וְעַל כָּל־חוֹמָה בְצוּרָה ׃#
[15] trên mọi tháp cao và mọi vách thành vững bền,
[15] for every high tower, for every fortified wall,
[16] וְעַל כָּל־אֳנִיּוֹת תַּרְשִׁישׁ וְעַל כָּל־שְׂכִיּוֹת הַחֶמְדָּה ׃#
[16] trên mọi tàu bè của Ta-rê-si, và mọi vật chi đẹp mắt.
[16] for all the large ships, for all the impressive ships.
[17] וְשַׁח גַּבְהוּת הָאָדָם וְשָׁפֵל רוּם אֲנָשִׁים וְנִשְׂגַּב יְהוָה לְבַדּוֹ בַּיּוֹם הַהוּא ׃#
[17] Sự tự cao của loài người sẽ bị dằn xuống, và sự cậy mình của người ta sẽ bị hạ đi; trong ngày đó chỉ Ðức Giê-hô-va là tôn trọng.
[17] Proud men will be humiliated, arrogant men will be brought low; the LORD alone will be exalted in that day.
[18] וְהָאֱלִילִים כָּלִיל יַחֲלֹף ׃#
[18] Bấy giờ các thần tượng sẽ qua hết đi.
[18] The worthless idols will be completely eliminated.
[19] וּבָאוּ בִּמְעָרוֹת צֻרִים וּבִמְחִלּוֹת עָפָר מִפְּנֵי פַּחַד יְהוָה וּמֵהֲדַר גְּאוֹנוֹ בְּקוּמוֹ לַעֲרֹץ הָאָרֶץ ׃#
[19] Người ta sẽ vào trong hang đá, trong hầm đất, đặng tránh khỏi sự kinh khiếp Ðức Giê-hô-va và sẽ chói sáng của uy nghiêm Ngài, khi Ngài dấy lên đặng làm rúng động đất cách mạnh lắm.
[19] They will go into caves in the rocky cliffs and into holes in the ground, trying to escape the dreadful judgment of the LORD and his royal splendor, when he rises up to terrify the earth.
[20] בַּיּוֹם הַהוּא יַשְׁלִיךְ הָאָדָם אֵת אֱלִילֵי כַסְפּוֹ וְאֵת אֱלִילֵי זְהָבוֹ אֲשֶׁר עָשׂוּ־לוֹ לְהִשְׁתַּחֲוֹת לַחְפֹּר פֵּרוֹת וְלָעֲטַלֵּפִים ׃#
[20] Trong ngày đó, người ta sẽ ném cho chuột cho dơi những thần tượng bằng bạc bằng vàng mà họ làm ra cho mình thờ lạy;
[20] At that time men will throw their silver and gold idols, which they made for themselves to worship, into the caves where rodents and bats live,
[21] לָבוֹא בְּנִקְרוֹת הַצֻּרִים וּבִסְעִפֵי הַסְּלָעִים מִפְּנֵי פַּחַד יְהוָה וּמֵהֲדַר גְּאוֹנוֹ בְּקוּמוֹ לַעֲרֹץ הָאָרֶץ ׃#
[21] và vào trong hang đá, trong kẽ đá, đặng tránh khỏi sự kinh khiếp Ðức Giê-hô-va và sự chói sáng của uy nghiêm Ngài, khi Ngài dấy lên đặng làm rúng động đất cách mạnh lắm.
[21] so they themselves can go into the crevices of the rocky cliffs and the openings under the rocky overhangs, trying to escape the dreadful judgment of the LORD and his royal splendor, when he rises up to terrify the earth.
[22] חִדְלוּ לָכֶם מִן־הָאָדָם אֲשֶׁר נְשָׁמָה בְּאַפּוֹ כִּי־בַמֶּה נֶחְשָׁב הוּא ׃ פ#
[22] Chớ cậy ở loài người, là loài có hơi thở trong lỗ mũi; vì họ nào có đáng kể gì đâu?
[22] Stop trusting in human beings, whose life’s breath is in their nostrils. For why should they be given special consideration?
