לַמְנַצֵּחַ בִּנְגִינֹת מִזְמוֹר לְאָסָף שִׁיר ׃
Thơ A-sáp làm. Cho thầy nhạc chánh, dùng về nhạc khí bằng dây.
For the music director; to be accompanied by stringed instruments; a psalm of Asaph, a song.

[1] נוֹדָע בִּיהוּדָה אֱלֹהִים בְּיִשְׂרָאֵל גָּדוֹל שְׁמוֹ ׃

[1] Trong Giu-đa người ta biết Ðức Chúa Trời, Danh Ngài lớn tại Y-sơ-ra-ên.
[1] God has revealed himself in Judah; in Israel his reputation is great.

[2] וַיְהִי בְשָׁלֵם סֻכּוֹ וּמְעוֹנָתוֹ בְצִיּוֹן ׃

[2] Ðền tạm Ngài ở Sa-lem, Và nơi ở Ngài tại Si-ôn.
[2] He lives in Salem; he dwells in Zion.

[3] שָׁמָּה שִׁבַּר רִשְׁפֵי־קָשֶׁת מָגֵן וְחֶרֶב וּמִלְחָמָה סֶלָה ׃

[3] Tại nơi ấy Ngài đã bẻ gãy tên cung, Cái khiên, thanh gươm, và khí giới chiến.
[3] There he shattered the arrows, the shield, the sword, and the rest of the weapons of war. (Selah)

[4] נָאוֹר אַתָּה אַדִּיר מֵהַרְרֵי־טָרֶף ׃

[4] Chúa rực rỡ oai vinh Hơn các núi sự cướp giựt.
[4] You shine brightly and reveal your majesty, as you descend from the hills where you killed your prey.

[5] אֶשְׁתּוֹלְלוּ אַבִּירֵי לֵב נָמוּ שְׁנָתָם וְלֹא־מָצְאוּ כָל־אַנְשֵׁי־חַיִל יְדֵיהֶם ׃

[5] Các kẻ gan dạ đã bị cướp lột, Họ ngủ trong giấc mình, Chẳng một người mạnh dạn nào tìm được cánh tay mình.
[5] The bravehearted were plundered; they “fell asleep.” All the warriors were helpless.

[6] מִגַּעֲרָתְךָ אֱלֹהֵי יַעֲקֹב נִרְדָּם וְרֶכֶב וָסוּס ׃

[6] Hỡi Ðức Chúa Trời của Gia-cốp, khi Chúa quở trách, Xe và ngựa bèn bị ngủ mê.
[6] At the sound of your battle cry, O God of Jacob, both rider and horse “fell asleep.”

[7] אַתָּה נוֹרָא אַתָּה וּמִי־יַעֲמֹד לְפָנֶיךָ מֵאָז אַפֶּךָ ׃

[7] Chính mình Chúa thật là đáng sợ; Cơn giận Chúa vừa nổi lên, ai đứng nổi trước mặt Chúa?
[7] You are awesome! Yes, you! Who can withstand your intense anger?

[8] מִשָּׁמַיִם הִשְׁמַעְתָּ דִּין אֶרֶץ יָרְאָה וְשָׁקָטָה ׃

[8] Từ trên trời Chúa truyền đoán ngữ; Khi Ðức Chúa Trời chổi dậy đoán xét,
[8] From heaven you announced what their punishment would be. The earth was afraid and silent

[9] בְּקוּם־לַמִּשְׁפָּט אֱלֹהִים לְהוֹשִׁיעַ כָּל־עַנְוֵי־אֶרֶץ סֶלָה ׃

[9] Ðể giải cứu các người hiền từ trên đất, Thì đất bèn sợ hãi, và yên lặng.
[9] when God arose to execute judgment, and to deliver all the oppressed of the earth. (Selah)

[10] כִּי־חֲמַת אָדָם תּוֹדֶךָּ שְׁאֵרִית חֵמֹת תַּחְגֹּר ׃

#

[10] Cơn giận loài người hẳn sẽ ngợi khen Chúa; Còn sự giận dư lại, Chúa sẽ ngăn trở.
[10] Certainly your angry judgment upon men will bring you praise; you reveal your anger in full measure.

[11] נִדֲרוּ וְשַׁלְּמוּ לַיהוָה אֱלֹהֵיכֶם כָּל־סְבִיבָיו יוֹבִילוּ שַׁי לַמּוֹרָא ׃

#

[11] Hãy hứa nguyện và trả xong cho Giê-hô-va Ðức Chúa Trời các ngươi; Hết thảy kẻ nào ở xung quanh Ngài, khá đem lễ vật dâng cho Ðấng đáng kính sợ.
[11] Make vows to the LORD your God and repay them! Let all those who surround him bring tribute to the awesome one!

[12] יִבְצֹר רוּחַ נְגִידִים נוֹרָא לְמַלְכֵי־אָרֶץ ׃

#

[12] Ngài diệt khí kiêu ngạo của các quan trưởng; Ðối cùng các vua thế gian, Ngài đáng kinh đáng sợ.
[12] He humbles princes; the kings of the earth regard him as awesome.
